Ingredients
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup prepared dulce de leche, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- 1 pinch fine salt
Instructions
- Mix crumbs with butter and divide among six small 4–6 oz glasses. Press gently into an even layer.
- Beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup dulce de leche, vanilla, and salt until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip cold cream until it holds medium peaks.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture in two additions. Spoon over the crumb bases and smooth the tops.
- Divide the remaining 1/4 cup dulce de leche over the cups. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving cold.
